Gold Eagle is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team in the Chicago area. You will plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, with collaboration across eCommerce, creative, and brand teams to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, ROAS improvements, and cross-functional partnership, with a focus on performance for multiple consumer brands.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on paid social campaign management.
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager to launch and optimize campaigns.
• Knowledge of tracking/attribution tools: Meta Pixel, Conversion API, audience-building strategies.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or Amazon Vendor Central.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and make strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid social campaigns across Meta platforms for multiple brands.
• Collaborate with creative, brand, and marketing teams to produce performance-focused ads.
