Job summary

Gray Media's WLBT in Jackson, MS invites students to join its Sales Training Program as a paid, part-time internship for FALL 2026. The 10-week experience is designed to teach the fundamentals of media sales, from prospecting to client presentations, with guidance from experienced executives.

Applicants should be enrolled in a college/university, preferably in their senior year, and possess a strong work ethic with solid organizational skills.

• Studies in Journalism/Communications, Sales, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Learn prospecting and identify new business opportunities.
• Practice real cold calls with coaching.
• Build client presentations and proposals.
• Support digital and broadcast sales strategies.
• Work with experienced Media Executives and Sales Leaders.
• Participate in weekly training to accelerate growth.
