We need someone who understands paid acquisition and enjoys looking at the numbers, identifying what is working, and continuously optimizing performance.Ideally, you can also design the ads yourself rather than relying entirely on outside designers.**The Role**You will be responsible for the day-to-day performance and creative development of Corgi's paid advertising campaigns. You will work across the full advertising cycle:Create → Launch → Measure → Optimize → Test → ScaleYou will analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, develop new creative, run experiments, and continuously improve cost per lead and overall acquisition performance.
