What You’ll Do

• Support the strategic development and hands‑on execution of innovative media initiatives across programmatic connected TV (CTV) and digital audio channels.
• Assist in the comprehensive setup, trafficking, and pacing of campaigns across various programmatic platforms and partners.
• Manage essential campaign workflows, including creative trafficking, audience segmentation, flighting, and performance reporting.
• Proactively monitor campaign delivery and performance, identifying and addressing any pacing or tracking issues with senior team members.
• Extract and analyze campaign performance data to inform optimization strategies and contribute to insightful post‑campaign reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to launch pilot campaigns and explore new channel opportunities.
• Maintain meticulous campaign trackers, budgets, and documentation to ensure seamless execution and accountability.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously learning about new platform capabilities, ad formats, and targeting innovations within the programmatic ecosystem.

What You’ll Bring

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in media buying, planning, or campaign management, whether in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Exceptional Excel proficiency, including the ability to create and update complex spreadsheets, and experience with Pivot Tables or VLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing data, pulling campaign results, and handling budget reconciliation.
• Familiarity with key digital media metrics such as CPM, CTR, completion rate, and CPA.
• A detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive approach to learning and problem‑solving.
• A genuine and strong interest in programmatic advertising, CTV, and emerging media channels.

Bonus Points

• Prior hands‑on experience with demand‑side platforms (DSPs) is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in a paid media or programmatic role.
• Experience gained from a 3-6 month internship in a relevant field.
• A proven ability to create structure and bring order to dynamic projects, especially in an entry‑level capacity.
