Qualifications

• Pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree (in progress) with >=3.0 GPA.
• Interest in building systems and facility design.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and layout of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Support preparation of construction drawings and specifications.
• Conduct field surveys of existing building systems and document findings.
• Perform basic engineering calculations under supervision.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project deliverables.
• Participate in team meetings and client coordination as needed.
