Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in mechanical/manufacturing/industrial engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to travel for Internship Summit.
• CAD software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support projects to improve equipment reliability and plant operations.
• Assist with mechanical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Collect and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create/update engineering drawings and standard work documents.
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
