Qualifications

• Sophomore, Junior, or Senior marketing major with a minimum 3.5 overall GPA.
• Applied understanding of basic marketing principles.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Express.
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• Familiarity with all major social media platforms.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment.
• Basic photography, image editing, and graphic design skills.
• Previous experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Marketing Manager
• Develops, plans and implements marketing strategies
• Writes copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral
• Assists in the creation of written, video, and image content for advertisements
• Participates in brainstorming sessions
• Presents concepts and progress to firm leadership
• Assists in the management and enhancement of AI search optimization and social media engagement
• Takes part in training opportunities
