Job summary

Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services is seeking a Marketing Intern to support the Marketing Manager at the Illinois Institute of Technology campus. The role involves research, planning, and executing promotions across social and digital channels to promote the dining program.

You will spearhead projects, help with events, and gain hands-on experience in marketing strategy, campaigns, and content creation while learning to engage the campus audience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and online engagement.
• Prior marketing related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing and hosting events.
• Assist with Dine on Campus website updates.
• Assist in social media calendar development and promotions.
• Act as a brand representative for Chartwells Higher Ed.
• Conduct marketing audits and surveys of students.
• Complete Marketing Path training and related onboarding.
• Create marketing materials to various specifications.
• Manage signage in multiple locations and update campaigns.
• Support concept development, campaigns, and imagery for target messaging.
• Maintain website and social networking content; attend meetings as required.
