Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services in Memphis is seeking a Marketing Intern to support University of Memphis Dining promotions, events, and student engagement. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at University of Memphis; interest in marketing, communications, or hospitality.
• Dependable, creative, and organized with strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable engaging with students and supporting campus events.
• Familiar with social media platforms and content creation.
• Able to work collaboratively and manage assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, setup, execution, and cleanup of dining events and promotions.
• Create social media content and assist with content calendar planning.
• Support campus tabling and student outreach promoting dining locations and offers.
• Develop marketing materials following campus dining brand guidelines.
• Maintain promotional signage across dining locations.
• Collect student feedback, summarize findings, and suggest improvements.
• Assist with analyzing engagement, responses, and event participation.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns and assist with other marketing projects.
