Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is recruiting for the Management Internship at Grand Forks, ND. This paid internship lets university students gain real-world business and leadership experience from day one.

You'll work on learning what it takes to run a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with colleagues in a team-based environment. The program runs 10-12 weeks starting in May, with a starting pay of $17 per hour, and opportunities for performance

Qualifications

• Rising Senior enrolled full time and graduating with a Bachelor's Degree by May 2028.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with availability to start in May.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and management skills through hands-on internship projects.
• Engage in fleet management, customer service, marketing strategy and relationship building.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition.
• Potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referrals.
