Menards is offering a paid part-time Management Internship designed to develop and prepare you for retail leadership. You will work closely with our General Management team and Store Team Members to gain hands-on experience in a growing retail environment.

Throughout the 12-week program, you will participate in on-the-job training, mentorship, and projects that build organizational, communication, and time-management skills while exposing you to many aspects of store operations.
