Job summary

Enterprise invites university students in their final semester to apply for a Management Internship at our Richmond, CA location (also at Vallejo, CA). This paid, part-time program places you alongside first‑ and second‑year professionals while you learn to manage a fleet, serve customers, and contribute to marketing efforts.

You will complete projects, compete with peers, and may qualify for performance incentives and referrals. Start in October 2026 for 10–12 weeks.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years old.
Enrolled full‑time at a 4 year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in your final semester graduating December 2026.
Must have 3 months experience in one of the following: sales, customer service,or leadership.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
10-12 week commitment with the availability to start employment in October 2026.
Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship.
This position requires a valid unrestricted drivers license.

Responsibilities

Develop fleet management, customer care, marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
Complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers.
