Interns gain exposure to Salesforce environments, data platforms, and cross-functional teams. The program emphasizes learning through real projects, presentations, and professional development while supporting your degree progress.

Qualifications

• Majors include Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology.
• Preferred skills: IT Systems Knowledge, Report Development, IT Security, IT Troubleshooting/Helpdesk.
• Must maintain good academic standing and be enrolled full-time in undergrad/grad program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering Salesforce environments including Health Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Assist with user management, configuration optimization, and report development.
• Support data platforms such as Databricks and Power BI where applicable.
• Work with a mentor on strategic projects and deliver presentations on internship outcomes.
• Engage in non-technical and/or technical business projects and participate in a team environment.
