Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field is required.
• Strong interest in networks, platform engineering, and operations.
• GPA 3.2+ preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills or aspirations.
• Analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Build and manage operations and systems to support Vanguard's internal and investor-facing needs.
• Support achieving client outcomes and provide investors the best chance at success.
• Gain hands-on experience in networks, infrastructure, and automation with Agile/LEAN practices.
