Job summary

Arvest Bank offers the Intern Program 2027 across Business & Finance, Tech & Analytics, Operations & Logistics, Corporate Strategy & Infrastructure, and Creative & Culture tracks. Interns will be mentored, participate in professional development sessions, and work on cross-functional projects delivering strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Must be enrolled and within 24 months of graduation, reside within the four-state footprint, and be available May 17, 2027 – July 23, 2027.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program with an anticipated graduation date within 24 months of the internship start date.
• Academic coursework or relevant project experience must align with the functional area of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments as assigned within the functional area of your internship.
• Work collaboratively or independently, depending on the assignment.
• Support day-to-day operations and contribute to the team’s goals.
• Understands and complies with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to job duties.
• Other duties and special projects may be assigned.
