Job summary

Big River Forest Products is offering paid internship opportunities at our Vicksburg and Gloster sawmills in Mississippi. The program provides hands-on experience, mentoring, and exposure to multiple departments, with real-world project work and paths to future opportunities.

Interns will gain experience across operations, engineering, maintenance, safety, logistics, and business administration, working alongside seasoned professionals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Interest in manufacturing, forestry, engineering, business, or related field.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Communicate professionally and work well with others.
• Demonstrate initiative, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Comfort learning in both office and industrial settings.
• Follow all company policies and safety requirements.
• Students from all majors are welcome; engineering, forestry, industrial technology, business, accounting, finance, HR, supply chain, environmental science, safety, or related disciplines.
