Qualifications

• Enrolled in college pursuing a degree with a major or concentration in accounting.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred; senior year or graduate school preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Ability to work as a team, meet project timelines, proficiently utilize accounting technology, and strong computer skills.
• Background check required.
• U.S. work credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry-level accounting tasks under supervision.
• Handle tasks such as financial write-up for tax returns and general bookkeeping.
• Assist with tax return preparation and payroll processing.
• Work with QuickBooks Online and other accounting software.
• Track and analyze information and perform data entry tasks.
• Support client file imaging tasks and other projects as assigned.
