Job summary

Nexstar Media invites qualified students to join our internship program across News, Creative Services, Production, and Community Development in New York.

Each internship runs 16 hours per week for 15 weeks and is well supervised to ensure a meaningful learning experience. Upon completion, a written evaluation by the supervisor will be provided. Salary ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be senior in their last year of concentrated study.
• Be of advanced skill level due to complexity of projects.
• Expected to work two eight hour shifts per week.
• A collaborative worker with a willingness to learn.
• Previous internship experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision on meaningful learning projects.
• Participate in internships across News, Creative Services, Production and Community Development.
• Receive a written evaluation from internship supervisor upon completion.
