Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or relevant field
• Willingness and desire to learn and be teachable
• Effective written and verbal communication to varied audiences
• Critical thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

• Assist: Support Project Managers with equipment buyouts, estimations, submittals, RFIs, change orders, schedules, budgets, communication, close outs, and other aspects of project management
• Build relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with general contractors, owners, subcontractors, and vendors
• Evaluate: Review plans, specifications, estimates, and scope of work on assigned projects
• Prioritize: Utilize strong time management and multi-tasking skills to ensure deadlines are met
• Physical requirements: Lift/move materials up to 50lbs.; kneel, squat, climb, bend, and stoop to reach materials
