Agawam Rehab & Nursing Campus is seeking individuals interested in building a career in healthcare through a structured, hands‑on learning experience in a skilled nursing setting.

Participants will combine classroom instruction with supervised clinical experience while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals and supporting resident care activities.

Participants who successfully complete the required training components and obtain state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) may be considered for full‑time employment with benefits, with starting pay at $19.00/hour.
