Qualifications

• Self-motivated, trainable and thrives when solving problems.
• Pursuing an associate degree in industrial or manufacturing mechanics or related field.
• Maintain a GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and Windows applications.
• Above-average organizational skills and ability to make decisions independently.

Responsibilities

• Work with the maintenance team to understand electrical (non-460V), pneumatic, mechanical systems, motors, gear boxes and drives.
• Learn diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques.
• Understand the Lock Out Tag Out process and control of hazardous energy.
• Work with Maintenance Software to input time spent on repairs and issue repair parts.
• Support Global Food Safety initiatives.
