Job summary

Voter Education Project is seeking a motivated Paid Canvass Manager to lead our grassroots outreach efforts. You will recruit, train, and manage canvassers for door-to-door outreach and phone banking, while developing strategies to reach target demographics and achieve campaign goals.

As a leader, you will monitor performance, provide feedback, and collaborate with campaign leadership to align efforts with objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in political canvassing or community organizing.
• Ability to recruit, train, and manage a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with a focus on achieving goals.
• Familiarity with voter databases and canvassing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers to conduct door-to-door outreach and phone banking activities.
• Develop and implement canvassing strategies to reach target demographics and campaign goals.
• Monitor and evaluate canvassing performance, providing feedback and support to team members.
