Job summary

The Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth invite enthusiastic, motivated interns to join the Membership Experience team for the 2026/27 season. This paid part-time internship provides hands-on exposure to sports event management, client hospitality, and ticket sales strategies within a dynamic pro sports environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic about working in a sports-related field.
• Self-starter who is comfortable learning and collaborating in a dynamic team environment.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Membership Experience team in the planning and execution of events/tickets including fan experiences on game days.
• Assist where needed at events and Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth game nights.
• Organizing/updating season ticket member information.
• Fulfilling touchpoints to season ticket member seats during Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth games.
• Managing the season ticket member hub.
• A typical game night shift would range from early afternoon to post-game.
• Certain times may require work on non-game nights as needed.
