Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is a leading insurance claims investigation and medical management company offering a Full-Time Entry-Level Field Investigator role. No prior experience is required as you will join an industry-leading fully paid Investigator Training Program.

Expect field surveillance, case preparation, reporting, and documentation from a vehicle-based role. You will need a valid driver’s license, a reliable personal vehicle, and access to a laptop, cellphone, and internet to perform duties.

Qualifications

• Driver's license active and not suspended
• Personal vehicle in reliable condition (insurance required)
• Willingness to travel and potential overnight stays as needed
• Reliable laptop, cell phone, and internet for communication and admin tasks
• Strong computer and internet proficiency; excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Case Preparation: conduct preliminary investigations using social media and database research
• Field Surveillance: perform covert surveillance from vehicle and capture video evidence
• Report Writing: draft detailed and court-ready investigative reports
• Documentation: finalize case file and upload video footage
• Communication: work with field supervisor and receive mentorship
