Enterprise is offering a Management Trainee Internship in the Ft. Lauderdale area. This 12-week, part-time program starts September 30 and pays $18.50 per hour.

You will gain hands-on experience in fleet management, customer service, and leadership while working in a team-based environment. As a paid, part-time intern, you will take on challenges alongside early-career professionals, develop marketable management skills, and learn how to run a successful operation.

Qualifications

• Must have at least six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be a rising senior or senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Must be able to work 10–12 weeks during Fall starting September 30.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers; may be eligible for incentives and referrals.
