Qualifications

• Must have writing experience in campaigns, government, or public affairs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in political communications and current events.

Responsibilities

• Research persuasive content for client speeches and op-eds.
• Draft background memos to guide messaging.
• Create slide decks and presentations tailored to clients.
• Assess and refine client communications strategies.
• Digest research and recommend tone and content adjustments.
• Learn material quickly and translate complex topics clearly.
• Copyedit materials to align with tone and AP style.
• Prepare mock interview scenarios and coach clients.
