Packages LLC is seeking motivated Delivery Associates to join our local team in Chandler, AZ. You will deliver orders, interact with customers, and use handheld tech to manage routes and resolve obstacles. The role is outdoors and requires safety, reliability, and good driving skills.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Possess a valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Proficient in English to meet US DOT standards.
• Pass a strict and CLEAN 7-year background.
• 3-year driving background.
• Pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to/from work.
• Available to work anytime including weekends (open 7 days a week).

As a Delivery Associate (DA) for Packages LLC, you will be on the front lines working directly with our customers and members of your community. It will be your job to exceed customer expectations and make sure all orders, large or small, are delivered on time and at the right place. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Possess a valid Arizona driver’s license
• Proficient in English sufficient to meet US DOT standard of ability to read road signs
• Pass a strict and CLEAN 7-year Criminal background
• 3-year Driving background
• Pre-employment drug screen
• Must be 21 years or older
• Reliable transportation to/from work
• Available to work anytime INCLUDING Weekends (we are open 7 days a week)

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, and crouch during shifts up to 10 hours long
• Ability to operate and navigate a van up to GVWR 10,000 lbs.
• Ability to effectively operate a GPS
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each
• Capable of moving up and down stairs
• Possess a valid Arizonadriver’s license
