Job summary

The Tepa Companies in Denver, CO invites you to join its 2027 Intern Program as an Environmental Data Analyst Intern. You will support the Environment team with data processing, standardization, and SSOT maintenance in a fast-paced agile setting.

This paid 12-week program offers exposure to field data collection, GIS collaboration, and development of automated workflows for reporting. You will work ~40 hours per week in the Denver office and may engage with clients on-site.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in a related field.
• Within 2 years of graduation (rising junior/senior).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality.

Responsibilities

• Supports data ingestion, standardization, and validation for environmental datasets.
• Performs data quality reviews for completeness and consistency.
• Maintains structured environmental databases to support deliverables.
• Contributes to developing automated data pipelines and workflows.
• Summarizes data to support technical reporting and decision-making.
• Participates in Agile team activities and iterative development.
