Job summary

Pensa is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to join our on-site team in DUMBO, Brooklyn. This paid, full-time internship at $20/hour offers an immediate start and hands-on experience across content, campaigns, events, and outreach.

You’ll craft visual and written content, support social media, measure performance, and help with SEO and digital asset management while learning from a multidisciplinary studio focused on design and innovation.

Qualifications

Must be enrolled in or recently graduated from a master's program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

Create visual and written content for social media, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
Turn Pensa’s projects, expertise, and ideas into engaging stories across different channels.
Support social media planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
Measure and report on website, social, newsletter, and campaign performance.
Assist with website updates, case studies, SEO, and digital asset management.
Support the planning and promotion of events and networking initiatives.
Research and prepare award submissions, directories, and other industry recognition opportunities.
Monitor competitors, industry trends, emerging marketing tools, and cultural shifts.
Support outbound campaigns, CRM organization, and database updates.
Bring fresh ideas for campaigns, content, collaborations, and new ways to communicate Pensa’s work
