Job summary

You will report to the Business Analysis Manager and contribute to decision-making and strategy optimization while collaborating with multiple departments.

The paid internship runs for 10 weeks, full-time, based in our Columbus, OH office, with networking, executive exposure, and structured performance coaching as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SQL/Tableau/Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Help develop, maintain, and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to stakeholders.
• Support project management tasks, including documentation and progress tracking.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
• Assist in the implementation of business plans and strategies.
