Qualifications

• Open to Junior and Senior college students.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) requested.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Available to work 15 hours per week during the school year.

Responsibilities

• Guide and process customer orders and inquiries using company systems.
• Build relationships with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
