Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support an estimator, project manager, superintendent or quality control.
• Conduct surveying, testing, sample collection, drawing correction and filing.
• Prepare reports, conduct safety inspections, and log submittals.
• Manage time keeping, cost control, inventory control, and subcontractor monitoring.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and attend bid openings and conferences.
• Review drawings and specifications for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with planning and scheduling, including change orders and progress payments.
• Prepare charts and formal reports.
• Conduct density testing and quality control measurements.
• Obtain permits and check zoning and code requirements.
