Qualifications
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
Assist and support an estimator, project manager, superintendent or quality control.
Conduct surveying, testing, sample collection, drawing correction and filing.
Prepare reports, conduct safety inspections, and log submittals.
Manage time keeping, cost control, inventory control, and subcontractor monitoring.
Prepare quantity take-offs and attend bid openings and conferences.
Review drawings and specifications for completeness and accuracy.
Assist with planning and scheduling, including change orders and progress payments.
Prepare charts and formal reports.
Conduct density testing and quality control measurements.
Obtain permits and check zoning and code requirements.
