Job summary

Rosendin’s Summer Internship Program offers a paid, 12-week hands-on experience designed for students ready to advance in the electrical construction industry. You will engage with projects across PM, Engineering, BIM, Estimating, and Preconstruction, gaining mentorship and ownership of meaningful work.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a graduation date of December 2027 or later in a field aligned with Rosendin's work
• Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related engineering disciplines are relevant
• Familiarity with BIM, Estimating & Preconstruction, and Procurement & Supply Chain is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Apply classroom learning on real projects during the internship
• Gain exposure to project management, engineering, BIM, estimating, and procurement activities
• Take on meaningful responsibilities and own tasks with mentorship
• Develop technical, professional, and leadership skills through hands-on experience
