D. Wilson Construction Company seeks a Construction Management Intern to join our team in Rio Grande Valley, Texas.

You will gain hands-on experience on active commercial construction projects, working with Project Managers, Superintendents, and industry professionals in both field and office settings. You'll learn project coordination, scheduling, safety practices, cost review, and field execution while developing communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or enrolled in Construction Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interest in commercial construction.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated with willingness to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project activities.
• Support project documentation, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors.
• Attend project meetings and help track project progress.
• Participate in jobsite walks and safety inspections.
