Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation invites students to join its Internship Program in Harrisburg, PA, with a focus on Credit Analysis and Underwriting within Commercial Banking.

The internship offers hands-on exposure to credit training, financial analysis, cash flow review, and interaction with sales and executive leadership. Interns will shadow lenders and participate in cross-department collaborations with Private Banking, Treasury Management, Wealth/Brokerage, and Business Banking.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Years Experience: 0 years.
• Special Skills: Must be officially enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor program in Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Participate in credit training.
• Work with credit analysts, portfolio managers and commercial lenders in tracking, administering and growing the Bank’s commercial portfolio.
• Shadow commercial lenders or their business partners on outside business calls.
• Interact with Private Banking, Treasury Management, Wealth/Brokerage, and Business Banking.
• Attend FNB-related events/trainings scheduled for Summer Interns.
