Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. is offering an 8- to 11-week paid internship program for college students across multiple locations including Indianapolis, South Bend, and other sites nationwide.

The program focuses on hands-on experience in Field, Manufacturing, Project Management, Engineering, BIM/VDC, Safety, and Corporate roles. Participants will receive resume development, interview prep, and professional headshots, with potential full-time opportunities after completion.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, OH&S, or related field.
• Willing to travel to locations and projects.
• Strong communication, teamwork and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Gain on-the-job experience in your role across multiple project sites.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals in Field, Engineering, BIM/VDC, Safety and Corporate teams.
• Participate in internship activities and training programs, including resume/interview prep and networking.
