Job summary

Orion Castings - North Billerica facility is seeking motivated individuals for 1st and 2nd shift manufacturing roles on-site in North Billerica, MA. No prior CNC experience is required as we provide hands-on training and CNC course reimbursement to accelerate your growth.

You will operate CNC machinery, measure parts with basic tools, and help keep the production cell organized. Competitive hourly pay with shift premiums, and a comprehensive benefits package support your career development.

Qualifications

• Basic math and measurement accuracy required.
• Willingness to learn new technical skills.
• No prior CNC experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery safely and load/unload parts.
• Measure parts with basic tools and log results.
• Meet production rates and maintain workflow.
• Report defects or anomalies to supervisor promptly.
• Assist with housekeeping and tool upkeep as needed.
