MediLodge of Ludington offers Nurse Aide Training – Non-Certified Nurse Aide with no prior experience required. We pay for training and guide you toward certification, with a supportive team focused on resident-centered care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members.
• Ability to learn infection control techniques.
• Ability to be patient and polite.

Responsibilities

• Make residents’ beds and maintain clean, labeled clothing.
• Pass meal trays and assist with tray setup; assist with feeding if competency is demonstrated.
• Serve meals and bus dishes in the dining room; ensure residents are comfortable.
• Transport/escort residents to activities, dining areas, and care conferences as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Nursing Department.
