You will work with Clinical Research Coordinators and investigators across multiple therapeutic areas, helping with participant flow, study materials, and regulatory requirements, aligning with Good Clinical Practice.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical research studies and participant visits under appropriate supervision.
• Assist with participant flow, including greeting participants, rooming, and preparing for study visits.
• Support data collection and clinical research documentation.
• Assist with organizing study materials, supplies, and visit documentation.
• Gain hands-on exposure to clinical procedures such as vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy, specimen collection, and specimen processing, as appropriate.
• Support laboratory and specimen-related workflows.
• Learn how clinical research protocols are implemented in a real-world research environment.
• Gain exposure to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Documentation Practices, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Interact with study participants and contribute to a positive, patient-centered experience.
• Work alongside Clinical Research Coordinators, investigators, and other research professionals.
• Become familiar with clinical research systems, documentation platforms, and study workflows.
• Learn how clinical trials contribute to the development of new therapies.
