Job summary

Roehl Transport offers a paid CDL training program in Ohio. You are hired and paid as an employee from day one while you train to obtain your Class A CDL.

The three-week program is available in multiple locations, with lodging and most meals provided to support your progression into long-haul driving. After earning your CDL, you will continue on-the-job training as a long-haul truck driver, transporting goods across the country.

Qualifications

• This is a Class A CDL truck driving job with on-the-job CDL training.
• Some requirements include:
• be at least 21 years old.
• be able to read, write & speak English.
• have held a US or Canadian driver’s license for at least two years.
• be able to pass a Department of Transportation physical & drug testing.
• have a good driving record while driving a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck to transport goods to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
• Follow traffic laws and regulations.
