Job summary

MetroEHS invites practicum students to gain BACB-aligned fieldwork with mentorship, real clinical experience, and a clear pathway to BCBA practice. Our program offers guaranteed paid indirect hours during Tier 2 and collaboration across MetroEHS clinic locations in Detroit with dedicated BCBA supervisors.

Eligibility includes enrollment in an ABA degree program (BCBA = master's, BCaBA = bachelor's), taking qualifying ABA coursework, and meeting BACB supervision requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an ABA degree program (BCBA = master’s, BCaBA = bachelor’s)
• Must be taking qualifying ABA coursework while accruing hours
• Supervision must meet BACB requirements (monthly supervision + required % of hours)
• Hours must be behavior-analytic work only
• All hours must be documented and verified by supervisor

Responsibilities

• Data collection, analysis, interpretation, and clinical decision-making under supervision
• Program development, protocol modifications, and treatment evaluation
• Documentation and insurance-related records aligned with BACB requirements
