Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed 2+ years at an accredited university in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of engineering or materials science principles.
• Technical writing and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer and data analysis skills.
• Attention to detail and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operation of SEM and other lab instruments.
• Support metallurgical characterization, testing, and data collection.
• Develop, document, and revise laboratory procedures and standards.
• Analyze test results and prepare technical reports with findings and recommendations.
• Provide support for problem resolution to enable improvements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain accurate lab records and ensure safety and quality compliance.
