Job summary

Taleez is seeking a lead padel coach to head the club's padel program in multiple US locations. You will coach on court, uphold Mouratoglou coaching standards, and manage scheduling, programming, and team development.

You will design clinics, leagues, and academies, assess players, and run tournaments while liaising with HR and parents. English fluency is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid experience coaching padel across all levels, from beginners to high performance.
• Proven track record leading or organizing a coaching team.
• Current or past competition level in padel with good results preferred.
• Strong organisational skills; experience running programs and tournaments.
• Leadership with ability to build lasting relationships with players, parents and staff.
• Strong commercial understanding and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; clear communication and listening.
• Fluent English; additional languages (Spanish) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the club's padel program and coaching team, reporting to the Club Director.
• Coach on court and set the standard for coaching quality and Mouratoglou methodology.
• Manage the coaching team: schedules, programming, lesson quality, and recruitment and development with HR.
• Design and run the program structure: clinics, private lessons, leagues, junior pathway, adult academy and high-performance academy.
• Set player levels, assessments and progression across all programs.
• Create and run club tournaments and internal competitions; prepare players for external FIP events.
• Act as main contact for players and parents on the sports program.
• Report on coaching activity, program fill and player retention.
• Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values.
