Job summary

GHR Healthcare seeks a PACU Registered Nurse for a travel contract in Everett, WA. The assignment runs 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, four 10-hour day shifts (9:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.). Start date is October 19, 2026. Unit features include a Level II trauma center and Epic electronic health records.

Candidates must have WA RN licensure (compact preferred), BLS/ACLS, and PACU experience. PALS is a plus; expect some interfacility floating and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent PACU or post-anesthesia nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Phase I post-anesthesia care.
• Monitor airway, respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurologic status.
• Collaborate with anesthesia, surgery and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document assessments and interventions in Epic.
