Job summary

Landmark Surgery Center is seeking a Full-Time PACU Registered Nurse to join our outpatient surgery team in St. Louis.

The RN will perform pre-operative and post-operative care for patients in our ambulatory surgery center, working in the Pre-Op and Recovery Room with a strong emphasis on patient safety and comfort. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited RN program, current Missouri RN license, and at least one year in critical care or related surgical settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• A minimum of one year of experience in critical care.
• Surgical setting experience and cardiac monitoring strongly desired.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet patient needs.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care in ambulatory surgery center.
• Manage the Pre-Op and Recovery Room to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with surgical team to optimize throughput and patient flow.
