Job summary

A healthcare staffing agency is seeking a local contract RN PACU for a nursing job in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Phase I/II PACU and hold necessary certifications including BLS and ACLS. Responsibilities include providing post-anesthesia care, managing patient recovery, and working closely with the medical team. This position is contracted for 12 weeks, with 16 hours per week on night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Phase I/Phase II experience in PACU required.
• Extensive experience with post-cath and bronchs highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care for patients recovering from surgery.
• Assist with intubation and manage ventilated patients when needed.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members for patient care.
