Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for their Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in Great Falls, MT. This position requires assessing and monitoring patients, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring patient stability post-surgery. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in acute care nursing, excellent nurse-to-patient ratios, and a supportive team environment.

This full-time, on-site role includes a competitive compensation package ranging from $95,000 to $105,000 annually, with additional benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted RN license in Montana or compact eligibility.
• Core certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS required.
• 2-4 years of recent hospital experience in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, prepare, and optimize patients for surgical procedures.
• Monitor post-operative patients during recovery.
• Coordinate care plans with providers and nursing teams.
• Provide clinical support to LPNs and CNAs.
