Job summary

Qualifications

• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure required.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Earned nursing degree at the baccalaureate level or higher (ADN acceptable under certain conditions).
• ADN may be accepted up to approved number of hires with conditions for employment.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the collection of data to support unit based quality initiatives, research and evidence based activities.
• Collaborates with other disciplines to meet patient needs.
• Communicates current evidence-based information with peers.
