Qualifications

• Twelve months of registered nurse experience in a healthcare environment.
• Texas RN license with PSV Compact; must obtain permanent Texas license within 60 days if establishing residency.
• BLS and ACLS certification per policy and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and conduct assessments for diverse patient populations.
• Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional team to coordinate care and ensure quality outcomes.
• Lead unit activities and serve as charge nurse or preceptor when required.
