Job summary

BSN is preferred, and BLS/ACLS certification are required. Qualified RNs will be considered for a non-leadership track with opportunities for advancement.

RNs hired before 2012 with an associate degree may continue without BSN in a non-leadership role; those hired after 2012 with an AA degree have 3 years to complete their BSN. EOE.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• 7 months of RN experience in the PACU or experienced ED/ICU nurses welcome to apply.
• Associate degree in nursing or bachelor’s degree in nursing, BSN preferred.
• RNs hired prior to 2/2012 are not required to have a BSN to continue in their non-leadership role as an RN.
• RNs hired after 2/2012 with an Associate degree will have 3 years from their date of hire to complete the BSN degree.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in area of practice preferred.
